System Wagering

System wagering allows you to select more than the default six numbers for an additional cost, in order to cover a higher number of combinations.

The game offers systems 7, 8 and 9 as outlined below.

Choose 7, 8 or 9 numbers out of the first field (1 to 28) and 1 Cash Ball number from the second field (1 to 3).

Note: Only one Cash Ball number can be selected per system wager. The selected Cash Ball number will be applied to all combinations in the system wager.

Lottery Draws

The Lottery will draw seven numbers; six numbers from the first field of 28 numbers and one number from the second field of 3 numbers.

Draws will take place every Tuesday and Friday (except religious holidays) at 7:00PM.

Prizes

Top prize: Win $20,000 every month for 20 years if you match the six numbers in any order from the first field and the one number from the second field of 3 numbers (Cash Ball) drawn by the Lottery. Second prize: Win $20,000 every month for 2 years if you match the six numbers in any order from the first field without the Cash Ball. Win subsidiary prizes by matching subsets of numbers with or without the number in the Cash Ball. All prizes are fixed, however if there are more than 4 winners in tiers 1 or 2, the total prize amount will be shared evenly amongst all winners in the respective tier. The prizes for tiers 3 to 8 are fixed regardless of the number of winners. All prizes over $1,000 are subject to the 10% Winnings Tax.

Validation of winning tickets

Agents can cash winning tickets up to $12,000. If a ticket’s winnings exceed $12,000, players must cash their winning tickets at NLCB offices.

Players have up to 180 days after the draw to validate their tickets either at an agent or at NLCB offices.

Win & Drive Promotion

The Win & Drive promotion is a second chance promotion that gives players a chance to win a Suzuki Vitara at no additional cost. Players who wager on Win for Life are automatically qualified for the Win & Drive draw.

This promotion will feature a second draw using a separate draw machine and will occur immediately after the Win for Life draw. After the initial Win for Life winning numbers are drawn (6 numbers and 1 Cash ball), the Win & Drive draw takes place where a second set of 6 numbers are drawn.

If the 6 numbers drawn in the Win & Drive promotional draw match the 6 numbers played for the base game, the player wins a Suzuki Vitara.

Players will only win a prize for matching all six numbers in the Win & Drive draw; there are no subsidiary prizes for this promotional draw.

Players can win prizes for both the base Win for Life game plus the Win & Drive promotional draw.

There is a limit of 2 winners per Win & Drive draw. Should there be more than 2 winners, the total prize value will be split evenly among all winners.
