How to Play

• Select 5 numbers from a field of 20 numbers, numbered 1 to 20
• Choose your own numbers or play a Quick Pick by using a playslip or requesting your numbers from the terminal operator
• Each wager/bet costs $4.00
• Play for up to 10 consecutive draws, including the current draw
  • If a player has participated in multiple draws and has a winning ticket, the ticket can be cashed and the player will receive an exchange ticket for the next draw/s not yet conducted. This exchange ticket will have a new serial number containing the same wagered numbers.
• Cancellation of game tickets is only allowed if authorized by the NLCB

 Multiplier Add-on Feature

• For an additional wager/bet of $1.00 players can select the Multiplier feature
• The animated Multiplier draw will occur prior to the base game (Cash Pot) draw
• Based on the Multiplier drawn, prizes for Match 4 and Match 3 will be multiplied 2, 3, or 4 times
• The Multiplier will not be applicable to the tier one prize (jackpot)

 Instant Win Add-on Feature

• For a further wager/bet of $5.00 players can select the Instant Win feature to receive one set of five Instant Win numbers and prizes printed at the bottom of their ticket
  • Players must first purchase the Multiplier add-on to be eligible to participate in the Instant Win option
• If any of the Instant Win numbers match any of the Cash Pot numbers in the corresponding panel, the player wins the prize shown beneath the matching Instant Win number
• Instant Win prizes are: $10, $15, $20, $30, $45, $60, $100, $300, $500 and $1,000
• Winning tickets can be cashed immediately; a winning Instant Win ticket can be cashed before the Cash Pot draw and the player will receive an Exchange Ticket with the Cash Pot numbers for the relevant draw/s. If Instant Win prizes are claimed after the Cash Pot draw has occurred, the Instant Win prizes and any Cash Pot prizes won will be combined and paid as one amount.

Example

A player places three Cash Pot bets with the Multiplier (Panels A, B & C). Each Cash Pot bet costs $4 and each Multiplier costs $1. The player adds the Instant Win feature to each Cash Pot bet for an additional $5 per bet.

The total ticket costs $30: Base game $12 ($4 x 3) + Multiplier $3 ($1 x 3) + Instant Win $15 ($5 x 3)

Panel A: 1 match (Cash Pot #5 and Instant Win #5), prize: $60

Panel B: no matches

Panel C: 1 match (Cash Pot #13 and Instant Win #13), prize: $300

Total Instant Win winnings: $360

Note: Winning matches can only be made within corresponding panels e.g. Cash Pot Panel A and Instant Win Panel A.

System Wagering

• In addition to their 5 Cash Pot numbers, players can receive 1 to 4 extra numbers for an additional cost. This allows players to cover multiple combinations and increase their chances of matching the 5 numbers drawn by the Lottery
• The game offers Systems 6, 7, 8 and 9
• The number of additional numbers and cost depend on the system selected

 Lottery Draws

• The Lottery will draw five numbers from the pool of 20
• Draws will take place Monday to Saturday (except religious holidays) at 7:00PM

 Prizes

• All players win a fixed prize of $5 if they match three of the five numbers drawn by the Lottery
• The remaining prize allocation will be distributed to pay winners in the Match four and Match five tiers based on an established share distribution. Match 4 and 5 prizes are parimutuel i.e. if there is more than one winner in the tier the prize allocation is shared equally amongst all winners in that tier
• The Match 5 prize shall be no less than $5,000 per winner
• If a player bets on the Multiplier, prizes for Match 3 and Match 4 will be multiplied 2, 3, or 4 times based on the Multiplier drawn

 Validation of winning tickets

Agents can cash winning tickets up to $12,000. If a ticket’s winnings exceed $12,000, players must cash their winning tickets at NLCB offices.

Players have up to 180 days after the draw to validate their tickets either at an agent or at an NLCB office.
