Winners will be contacted via telephone at the number provided in the data capture form. Additionally, a confirmation email will be sent to the email address provided at registration.

Where do I claim my prize?

Winners can claim their prizes at any of the following locations:

  • McCann, Port of Spain
  • NLCB San Fernando
  • NLCB Tobago

Upon notification, winners can specify their preferred prize collection location.

What do I need to present to claim my prize?

Winners will be required to present the following upon collection of prizes:

  • The purchased lottery ticket (proof of entry)
  • A valid form of National ID

What happens if my ticket is misplaced or damaged?

The original ticket serves as proof of entry. It must be shown in order to collect your prize.

What if I can't collect my prize in person?

If you are unable to collect your prize, you can send someone on your behalf with the following:

  • A signed Winner Authorization Letter including your assignee’s information and ID number.
  • A copy of the winner’s valid ID matching the details in the letter.
  • Proof of the valid lottery ticket purchased.
  • The assignee’s valid ID.
