VIA is conducting the Top Up and Take Win Online Promotion where customers have a chance to win prizes when they purchase $55.00 or more in Bmobile top up at any NLCB Lottery Centre from March 22nd to May 23rd, 2026.

How to enter the Top Up and Take Win VIA Online Promotion?

• Customers who wish to enter the promotion must purchase $55.00 or more in Bmobile Top Up in a single transaction through VIA at any NLCB Lottery Centre are eligible to enter the promotion
• After purchase, go to https://nlcbgames.com/all-promotions/top-up-and-take-win
• Complete the entry form and "Like" VIA's Facebook OR "Follow" VIA's Instagram page. You must like VIA's Facebook or follow VIA’s Instagram page to be eligible. 
• Click ‘submit’ 

Participants must be 18 years or older to be eligible to win a prize. 

Draws and Prizes

Random winners will be selected from the pool of eligible entrants. There will be weekly draws and a grand prize draw.

• Weekly draws: Eight (8) weekly draws, beginning on April 7th and ending on May 25th, 2026. There will be five (5) winners each week. The weekly prizes are listed below:
  • Winner 1: 50”TV
  • Winner 2: $1,000.00 shopping voucher
  • Winner 3: $500.00 supermarket voucher
  • Winner 4: $500.00 supermarket voucher
  • Winner 5: $500.00 supermarket voucher 

• Grand Prize Draw: May 25th, 2026

There will be one grand prize draw with 6 lucky winners

• Grand prize winner 1: 6- months free groceries valued at $12,000.00

The winners of each weekly drawing will be randomly selected by Brightstar, from all eligible entries received before the deadline for entry associated with that drawing.

Each completed and valid entry will be assigned a unique numerical identifier and securely stored in a database managed by NLCB’s contractor, Brightstar Lottery Cyprus Limited. For each weekly draw, Brightstar will randomly select a group of entries from the database. Each group will consist of five (5) potential winners and a set of alternate entries. Duplicate weekly winners are not permitted within a single weekly draw or across any of the eight (8) weekly draws.

Grand Prize winners will be selected from all eligible entries submitted during the promotion period of March 22 to May 23, 2026. If a weekly prize winner’s entry is drawn in the Grand Prize draw, that individual may be selected as a Grand Prize winner, subject to meeting all applicable eligibility and prize requirements.

On the eight (8th) week, the group will include nine (9) potential winners along with alternates for the weekly draw and six (6) potential winners and alternates for the grand prize draw.

Brightstar will contact the first four (4) participants and nine (9) in week 6 in the order drawn, after determining from its preliminary review that the potential winner is eligible to win a prize.

Should a primary winner not answer or not possess the required entry information, an alternate will be selected in a sequential manner. Brightstar will call the prospective winner a maximum of three (3) times via telephone. In the event that this prospective winner does not respond, Brightstar will send and email to the address provided and the prospective winner will have 24 hours in which to respond. In the event that there is no response, Brightstar will contact the next available alternate. 

Entries

One Bmobile pin voucher or direct to up valued at $55.00 or more gives you one unique entry for one weekly draw. 

A participant can enter multiple times per week however, they cannot enter more than once using the same voucher serial number.

Each top up entered must be $55.00 on a single voucher or direct top up and must have been purchased from VIA. 

All information submitted by participants will be maintained under the terms of the NLCB Privacy Statement which is outlined in APPENDIX A.

Customers are eligible to enter the promotion only if they meet all the following requirements at the time of entry and the time of any potential prize award:

• Customer must have purchased $55 or more in Bmobile Top Up at any NLCB Lottery Centre on a single transaction
• Staff members of the National Lotteries Control Board and Brightstar Latin America Corporation and their immediate family members along with Brightstar’s advertising agency employees are not eligible
• Forms incorrectly completed or forms containing missing information will not be considered valid for entry
• Winners will be notified via phone, and their names and photos will be posted on NLCB’s website and VIA’s social media platforms 
• Winners will be given 90 days from the publishing date to claim their prize
• Winners must present their top up voucher as proof of purchase to claim their prize
• Winners must present valid Identification
• Any adjustments to the above schedule will be announced on nlcbgames.com

Winner verification

Brightstar will review and confirm potential winner information and eligibility prior to declaring an official winner for each prize.

Verification of all information and eligibility criteria must be established to the sole satisfaction of Brightstar, acting on behalf of NLCB, before a potential winner is named an ‘Official Winner’ or entitled to claim any prize.

A participant who is selected as a potential winner will be contacted by Brightstar via telephone to initiate the verification process. Brightstar will use the contact information provided by the participant at the time of registration to initiate contact by telephone and email. If the potential winner does not respond after three (3) telephone calls, an email will be sent and they will have 24 hours within which to respond. If no response is received after these attempts, Brightstar will move to an alternate potential winner. 

Brightstar will speak via telephone with a potential winner to verify the potential winner’s eligibility to win. A subsequent email will be sent to confirm same as well as the preferred office location for collection of prizes. 

Claiming Prizes

A potential winner will be required to verify top up purchase and other information confirming eligibility before being named as an Official Winner. Winners will only be allowed to claim one weekly prize during the promotional period. 

All official winners will be required to complete the Top Up and Take Win VIA Online Promotion Prize Collection Form from Brightstar as a condition of claiming a prize. The Prize Collection Form will require an official winner to attest to all eligibility criteria under the Terms and Conditions of the Top Up and Take Win VIA Online Promotion. An authorized and legally responsible representative will be required to complete the Prize Collection Form on behalf of an official winner who is unable to complete the claim form or collect the prize.

General Rules

Persons who do not meet the eligibility requirements defined in these official Terms and Conditions are not eligible to enter or to win. By participating in the Top Up and Take Win VIA Online Promotion, all participants agree to be bound by these official Terms and Conditions, all final decisions of Brightstar, and all procedures established for the promotion. Prizes are non-transferable. 

Prizes can be claimed at any of these three offices:

• Brightstar Lottery Port of Spain 
• NLCB San Fernando 
• NLCB Tobago

An official winner must claim their prize by completing a Prize Collection Form in person at any of the three offices, within 90 days of official winners being published on nlcbgames.com.

In the event of an official winner’s death, Brightstar will in its sole discretion will determine how and whether to award the prize.

In the event of a winners’ inability to claim or receive a prize themselves, the Winner Authorization Claim Form and accompanying national identification, of both winner and designated person, must be presented for prize collection.

Brightstar may void any drawing without advance notice and conduct a new draw if, in its sole discretion, it determines that it is necessary to maintain the integrity of Top Up and Take Win VIA 

Online Promotion

Entry deadlines, drawing dates, and announcement dates for the promotion are subject to adjustment.

Publicity of Winners

An official winner’s participation in the promotion and acceptance of the prize constitutes the official winner’s express permission for Brightstar, VIA and/or NLCB to use their name and likeness for advertising and promotional purposes, without compensation. 

This same permission is granted by someone executing the documents necessary to collect the prize on behalf of the official winner who is unable to collect his or her prize in person. 

Further, by accepting a prize, each official winner agrees to hold Brightstar, VIA and/or the NLCB and its agencies, employees, owners, directors, officers, affiliates and contractors, harmless against any and all claims or liability arising out of the official winner’s participation in the promotion and receipt and ownership or use of a prize.

Brightstar, the NLCB and its agencies, employees, directors, officers, affiliates and contractors, are not responsible for late or incomplete or misdirected participant entries, or for incorrect, inaccurate or incomplete information associated with such entries, even if caused by failures in the entry website or online entry form, or by any of the equipment or programming associated with or utilized in this promotion.

Prizes are non-transferable to any entity or other person, including relatives or friends.

Brightstar and the NLCB, in their sole discretion, reserve the right to select or change the prize(s) to be awarded as part of this promotion or end the promotion prior to all prize winners being drawn. Brightstar and the NLCB shall not be liable for any delay in performing or failure to perform any obligation hereunder for any cause beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to communication or website failures, challenges with suppliers of prizes, strike and labour disputes, accidents, war, invasion, riot, rebellion, civil commotion, insurrection, fire, wind, lightning, explosion or acts of terrorism.

If any discrepancy exists between these official Terms and Conditions and other statements or materials or advertisements concerning the promotion, these official Terms and Conditions shall prevail.

These official Terms and Conditions are subject to review and may be amended or revised at any time at the sole discretion of Brightstar and/or the NLCB.

APPENDIX A

NLCB Privacy Statement

Your privacy is important to us at NLCB.

We don’t ask you for personal information unless we truly need it. We don’t share your personal information with anyone except to comply with the law, execute a promotion or other legitimate business purpose, or protect our rights. 

Visitors to this website

For purposes of this promotion the NLCB will collect -personally identifying information made available by the web browsers and servers, such as the browser type, language preference, referring site, and the date and time of each visitor request, and information input by the promotion participant.
