Game Rules

  1. Prizes $12,000 or less can be claimed from any NLCB Lottery Centre.
  2. Winning tickets, $500 and over, as well as prizes over $12,000, can be claimed from any NLCB office.
  3. Any ticket may be judged to be void if: stolen, illegible, mutilated, altered, misprinted, incomplete, defaced, or defective in any manner.
  4. Liability for void tickets, if any, is limited to the replacement of the ticket.
  5. Prizes MUST be claimed within NINETY (90) DAYS of the game’s expiration.
  6. Winnings Tax of 10% will be deducted from prizes that are over $1,000.
  7. The prize amount will be rounded to the nearest dollar.
  8. Non-cash prizes will NOT be taxed.
