1. The “PAY DAY” prize is payable in monthly installments. The first $5,000 is paid up front, and subsequent payments are made monthly.
2. The first installment of $5,000 is paid after the winner is verified, which must be done at NLCB’s office. Each subsequent installment is paid on the anniversary day of each month.
3. The “PAY DAY” winner can’t transfer or re-assign the top prize.
4. If a “PAY DAY” winner passes away during the 5-year prize period, remaining monthly payments may be paid to his or her estate.
5. Prizes $12,000 or less can be claimed from any NLCB Lottery Centre.
6. Winning tickets, $500 and over, as well as prizes over $12,000, can be claimed from any NLCB office.
7. Any ticket may be judged to be void if: stolen, illegible, mutilated, altered, misprinted, incomplete, defaced, or defective in any manner.
8. Liability for void tickets, if any, is limited to the replacement of the ticket.
9. Prizes must be claimed within NINETY (90) DAYS of the game’s expiration.
10. Winnings Tax of 10% will be deducted from prizes that are over $1,000.
11. Non-cash prizes will NOT be taxed.
12. The prize amount will be rounded to the nearest dollar.
13. “PAY DAY” winners are obligated to appear in Game Advertising Campaigns.
