2. Winning tickets, $500 and over, as well as prizes over $12,000, can be claimed from any NLCB office.
3. Any ticket may be judged to be void if: stolen, illegible, mutilated, altered, misprinted, incomplete, defaced, or defective in any manner.
4. Liability for void tickets, if any, is limited to the replacement of the ticket.
